Sunday is Father’s Day

Father’s Day is celebrated worldwide to recognize the contribution that fathers and father figures make to the lives of their children. This day celebrates fatherhood and male parenting.

Although it is celebrated on a variety of dates worldwide, many countries observe this day on the third Sunday in June.

Despite what he may say, Dad really wants you to make a fuss.  He probably already has a new-fangled grill, a cool fedora, and believe me, he doesn’t need another tie, car washing doo-hickey, or a power tool (and that new set of golf clubs might be a bit beyond your reach!). 

Think about the gift of wine – something that he can enjoy immediately, with that special meal you cook for him or that he can even save for a special occasion (like your birthday!).
